My second India visit

We went to India on December 8th. Nana, Mommy, Sona and Me. We were sick for 2 days before our trip. Aryan visited us on the weekend, after Ammama left to India 10 before us. I was excited to be at the airport. I was excited to see so many kids in the plane. It was a very long 14 hour flight to Dubai. I slept for 5-6 hours, threw up once. I sat on Nana and slept, watched TV, walked up and down the aisles.
When we stopped in Dubai, I was feeling sick again, threw up once in Dubai. We rode in an Emirates stroller. Nana and I walked on many escalators and got us upgraded to business class for our flight to Hyd.
We all slept like babies for our next 4 hour flight to Hyd.

Once we landed in Hyd, I was happy to see Nani and Thatha.I went to Nanhati immediately. I also saw Aithe Thatha, Ammama and Thatha. We all went to our Home in India. Nani and Thatha live there. We went in our India car(it is white too), Paandu - Nani, Thatha's driver. He takes commands very well as I realized later.

We stayed at Nani, Thathas place for sometime and then went to Ammama's place without Nana. We had a party next mornng at Ammama's place, so Nana, Nani and Thatha came.A lot of guests came too.

I had a lot of fun with Lalitha, Ammama's maid.I played a lot with her and learnt songs. She fed me too. I got a lot of domal bites. There is a school next door with a lot of kids. There are also some cows, goats and chicken 2 doors down.

The next day, Nani and Thatha threw a party at a rain forest themed place. It was in the afternoon and I was still getting over my jet lag. There was a cool jungle cake for Nani's surprise 60 year birthday cake. I cut it too.I fell alseep after the first 2 hours. There were some gators, a camel, a tiger. That place was soo cool.

And, the next day, we went to cool Nani and Thatha's 25th wedding anniversary party. I danced with Aryan and another kid. I had a lot of fun.

The next day, Nana and I went to Aryan's home. We spent all day playing with Aryan.Cool Nani, Nani, Thathas, Ram Thatha also came.

And, finally the next day, we had chelle's party hosted by Ammama and Thatha. I met a lot of people that day and took a lot of pictures. I went home with Nana that night after the party. I had fun with cool Nani, Ram Thatha, Nani, Nana and Thatha that night and the next day. Nana and I went on a camel in front of our house. Paandu called the camel.

The next day, after relaxing a little, we all went to Tirupati, to see a big Jeja. We went in the bus and a jeep. It was so cool. I saw many animals while we rode in the bus. Ram thatha showed me some puppies next to the bus. It was so much fun. In Tirupati, we stood in the line for a long time. I was awake for an hour and we sat and sat. After I slept, Nana carried me while Mommy carried chelle. It took us 3 hours to see Jeja. Man, was it crowded. There was a lot of pushing and shoving.

The next morning, Nani , Nana and me got our heads shaved. I was Nani getting her head shaved, so I was kind of cool with it. I sat on Nana facing him and did not look at the guy who took away my hair. We then rushed back to the airport It was cool to go on a plane with so many people that I knew.

The next day was Ponnu pinni's wedding. It started early in the morning. Nana, Nanis and Thathas went early. Mommy, Chelle, Ammama and Me came later.We were all dressed well. I had so much fun at the wedding.

I was feeling sick, with cold and cough sometimes, so I could not go to our village of Beemaaram. Nana went with Ashrith Chicha. Nana showed me pictures of goats, cows, chicken and buffalos. Nana told me that a baby cow was born when Nana was there. I wish I could go to. Nana told me that he will take me along next time.

Finally, it was the day to come back to the US. Nana, Nani, Mommy, Thatha, Chelle and I went to the airport.Aithe Thatha, Ammama and Thatha came too. The 14 hour flight was better than last time.

After we came back, I fell very sick. Apparently, Chelle and I got an ear infection. I am on my first antibiotics course right now. It will last for 10 days. I started feeling much better after I took the medicine although I am not liking eating the mandhu.

Oh, I almost forgot. I loved driving around in India. I could standup and walk around. I asked Paandu to play paata as soon as I sat in the car.I loved giving commands to Paandu.I also had fun at Ammamas place with Lalitha. She taught me a song and we played a lot.

I did not want to mention this but I got my first time out yesterday. Nana gave it to me for hittng chelle.

Diwali, Thanksgiving, Vishnu pooja, Aquarium,drama...

Oh God! There is so much going on. I am talking and saying so many words. We had a lot of fireworks on Diwali with our neighbors. We the had a Diwali party to celebrate.We also had a Vishnu sahasranamam at our house Many aunties came and Taman came. I played with him and shared my toys.

I have been learning a lot of words.I am into Shrek. I like the donkey and the princess. I am enjoying my Gymboree class a lot. I play with the teacher now and help her.
I am starting to dislike food. Maaam as I call it. I feel like drinking milk all the time. Nana is making me drink it twice at night but I still want more. I am giving Mommy a hard time with the feeding also.
I know numbers from 1 to 10. And I can say them without any help.I can say A B C and D.
I am starting to play with our neighbors, Bindu aunty and Sritha Akka.Everytime we facetime Nani and Thatha I ask to see Jeja. And with Chinna Nani, I ask for Sparky immediately. I dont talk to chinna nani that much, because I always focus on Sparky.
I almost forgot, we went to Baltimore to the Aquarium. We saw dolphins, Stingrays, Sharks, turtles and fishes. I liked them all.

Super storms, New Jersey visit, guests at home, Halloween

For Halloween this year, Nana and I went and bought the costume and I picked to be a cow.We went for trick or treating in our neighborhod. We had a halloween clock party too.

We went to New Jersey to Chinna Nani and Thathas place.  I had fun with sparky. Thatha threw a party to welcome me and Sona. We went to Ram Thathas home too and Ammama made a lot of tasty things to eat.
We came back rushing to avoid super storm Sandy.We avoided it and so did Virginia but New Jersey had a lot of flooding. Nani, Thatha and Abhi Mama's homes lost power. Abhi Mama and Shila attha came to our home to live with us for a week.
We had so much fun....I learnt NICE from Attha.I learnt to HELLO to everyone I see from Mama. I became friends with them. We all went to Luray caverns.

Halloween party

So much to say....after such a long break

Its been so long since I said something. Longest ever. And of course, sooo much happened.

Nani was sick, so Nana went to India to see her for a week. I missed him so much, but I was busy with parties. Sritha akka's saree ceremony was on Oct 7th(Sunday), so they had a lot of guests and kids all week, so I played with them. We gifted Sritha akka a pretty pair of earrings. We also went to Niranjan uncle's daughter's 5th birthday.

I partied hard in both these places. I danced and danced.

I did miss Nana a lot and kept asking for him in the middle of the night after 3-4 days. I really missed him.When Nana came back, he brought a lot of clothes for me. I looked at them and said 'WOOOW'. Nana brought a bracelet for Mommy from Dubai.

Nana said we will all be going to India to see Nani and Thatha in December.I cant wait to go there.

We went to Bathukamma last weekend. One more opportunity to dance. I danced and danced like crazy, until I got tired.

Oh, I almost forgot, I had a stomach virus, right after Nana came back. I was sick for 3-4 days. I threw up a lot and lost some weight. Everyone was worried for a few days. Nana said Nani and Thatha did not sleep well for 3 days and kept calling to find out how I was doing.

I recovered and I am doing great now. Did I tell you that I am now fully potty trained.I repeat almost all words.

Vinayaka chavithi and Air Show

We brought a little Ganesh to our house for Vinakaya chavithi. We put him in the God rack and decorated him. I did puja to him and we all went to Kunal and Kirit's house for a party later that day. It was so much fun. Ammamma went to Eshu's house for 4 days, so it was just me, Sona, Nana and Mummy for all those days.

Nana and I went to the Dulles Place Pull and and air show on Saturday. Kumar uncle came with us too. We saw a bus, some really really big planes, some fighter jets, a helicopter that was flying over us. It was cool.

I have been learning a lot of words and I am potty training very well. I ask to go to bush and I almost go in the bathroom most of the time. I only wear a diaper at night. I did have a lot of false alarms and I am enjoying the sudden runs to the bathroom with Nana and mummy.

Oh, I almost forgot, Nana has been teaching me how to dance to 'Gangnam style PSY' video. It is a horse like dance. See how I did.

My first farm visit

I visited a farm for the first time in my life. We went to great country farms to pick apples. We took chelle with us too. It was fun. We went on a bus to the farm, we picked a lot of apples. I loved the bus ride and then I picked a lot of apples. We came back and I went on the cow train. I jumped on a giant pillow. Nana and mommy were scared that I would be scared. They worry about me for no reason.
I had so much fun, I tried to jump like other kids and fell so many times. And the pillow kept bouncing even when I fell down. Oh, so much fun.

We spend the sunday relaxing at home. Nana and I had a bubble bath.

Chelle's 21st day

We had a huge party at home to celebrate Chelle's cradle ceremony. I was having fun in the beginning but as more people kept coming, I stuck with Nana.

Chinna Nani, Attha, Amit mama, Abhi mama and thatha came from New Jersey. Chichas and pinky auty also came. 2 new mama's came from NC(nana's college friends). I met a new friend name Ruthvika. She is 3. We are still working on being friends :-)
