Summer of 2015

It was a fun summer that came to an end too soon. We had just enough time to hit the Atlantic City beach, go to Dallas, New Jersey, Dutch Wonderland. 

And the biggest surprise of all, Nani and Thatha came to stay with us for 2 months. We had so much fun. We played with Nani, drew, painted, played....

We played a lot with Kritika. She gave me good company in Dallas. 

We saw little baby Annika for the first time. She is Vihaan's sister. 

We watched my first ever movie in a theater. It was ' Shaun the sheep'. It fir not have any words because sheep don't talk. 

On the same day, I saw my first drive in theater. It was 'Frozen'.  We celebrated Nani's 63rd birthday. 

Oh, I almost forgot,I took my first selfie. With Chelle, Nani and Thatha. 

Summer fun

I We have been going to many places over the summer. Dutch Wonderland, Kings Dominion, Reston Water Tide, Virginia Safari. Summer is so much fun. 

I am staying home for summer along with Sona. We joined for swimming lessons, I joined Kumon and I also started going to a fun Cosmic Legos place where we can build some robots with Legos. Once a week this is so much fun. 

At Kings Dominion, I went on my first roller coaster ride with Nana. I was a little hesitant but I had fun. 

Oh, Nana and I ordered new dresses online and we waited for mail and tried them out.

My last day of young preschool

Phew!! My last day of school is done. I participated in a piano recital and I sang 4 songs and dances for one during our spring show at school. 

On the last day of school, they had games, slides and an ice cream truck. 

I made a surprise gift for mommy on Mother's Day and I made a tray with my hand print for daddy's day. We had a party in our school for both of them. 

I earned 2 chick-fil-a cards for behaving well at school. I used one to buy a lemonade for mommy and Nana. We bought shakes for me and Sona. 

And, we went to celebrate Fairfax with Duggu. We had so much fun in the rides. 

Oh, I almost forgot. Eshu and Dhruv came over for mummy's birthday. We went to Dutch wonderland and Navya akka's place. 

My India trip

We went to India to Nani for a quick 2 week visit. As soon as we landed we hugged Nani, ammamma and thathas. I hugged Nani Thatha the tightest.  I missed them so much. 

We did a lot when we were in India. We went on Ugadi, and Nani had bought new dresses for us with matching purses. We did Ugadi puja with Thatha.  We went shopping and stayed with Nani Thatha in their home for 7 days. 

We went to Shirdi in a bed bus. It was so much fun. We slept upstairs and we stayed in a hotel. We went in an auto and had so much fun. 

We then had a photoshoot. We met 2 new atthas. Deepu Attha and Kom Attha. 

We even went to a resort in a place called Kerala with Aryan. 

We stayed in a cottage, we went fishing and caught so many fish. I even held a live fish in my hand for the first time.
