Arjun came to visit us

This was a fun and busy weekend. Arjun came saturday morning. I did not want to share anything with him in the morning but by afternoon, I became friends with everyone. Smitha Attha, Asha Mama, Chinna Nani and Arjun. We played with my car, danced and had a lot of fun.

Did I tell you that everytime nana comes home, I go to him and say ' Nana antaa..Pari papa kosam antaa..'. I expect Nana to get something for me, everytime he goes out.

Seee...

Oh, I almost forgot. When they kept saying bye and didn't go, I said 'inka po'. They thought it was funny.

We also had Vishnu puja in our house on Sunday. Chelle and I dressed up pretty. Amani Nani sent these dresses. Chelle and I match.

Did I tell you Nani has been teaching me how to sing...

Waiting for Arjun to come home

I'm waiting for Arjun to come visit us from Philly. We bought some gifts for him.
I've been doing and saying a lot of things.
Every evening when Nana comes home from work, I ask him 'Naana antaa...Pari kosam antaaa....'. I expect him to bring something for me everyday. And Nana does, most of the days.
When we visit a store, if I like a dress, I say 'idhi baagundhi'
I play building blocks with Nani, play piano, sing ABC, twinkle twinkle, Johnny Johnny.

Nana and I read books every night. My favorite these days is a book about a little boy that I got from New Jersey(it is Prerana Pinni's).
It has a song that we sing along.

My first school visit

Yesterday, we had an open house at the Reston day school. Nana, mommy, Thatha and I went to check out my school. At first, we spoke with a few adults and I didn't want to be there, so I started crying. Then, while Mommy and Thatha talked, nana and I went to my class and I made friends with Miss. Kristy.
I played with playdoh with a few new friends. And then I didn't want leave the school. I love my new school. I might be going there from May. I can't wait.

Oh, I almost forgot. Mommy, Nana,Thatha and I went to my first Dance class today. It's a baby ballerina class. It's a parent and tot class, so mommy and I went to the class. I spent most of my time watching other kids. They were all 2 year olds.

My first major snow storm

Today, we had a major snow storm. Nana and Mommy stayed home. Nana, Thatha and I went outside twice to clean the driveway, walkways. Then we went to the backyard to make a cool snow man. We had so much fun. But, my gloves got a little wet and snow went into my socks. That annoyed me and I went back inside early.
